I get close to the problem, make tradeoffs explicit and prototype early so teams have something concrete to react to and build from.

Alerts mobile redesign

Wells Fargo's alerts experience had fragmented across mobile, legacy web and email.

I redesigned the mobile experience and created a scalable subscription framework supporting more than 50 alert types across 13 account categories.

E*TRADE's customer service teams relied on multiple backend systems for account servicing, research and operational workflows.

I designed the interaction structure for a unified platform that grew to more than 200 screens, with my artifacts serving as a shared reference for development and QA.

The existing loan application required customers to interpret error states and conditional requirements as they moved through the flow.

I used a responsive prototype with progressive disclosure and contextual guidance; the redesigned application launched nationally and booked more than $50 million in its first month.
