The Challenge
Add SMS messaging to the suite of Mobile Banking services. The enrollment flow required a two-step authentication process and customers would be able to enroll up to two phones.

My Role
I designed an end-to-end customer experience that supported a multi-stage enrollment flow, device management page and SMS query/response interactions. I also designed the unauthenticated sales page in conjunction with the Marketing team.
