I joined Wells Fargo in the winter of 2020 as they were embarking on a major update to the mobile app.

 

As the Product Designer for Alerts, I was responsible for planning and implementing the move to a modern mobile experience.

The modernization effort took two forms:

Mobile Redesign: Migrate the inbox and subscription experience from responsive HTML to native app, utilizing a new design kit.

​

Mobile-optimized Email: Create a new responsive template for outbound emails, with an information architecture tailored to smaller viewports.
